- After submitting the order form, a custom quote will be generated within 24-48 hours. This quote will be provided in PDF format and sent via email to the address provided in the order form.
- If you decide to proceed with the purchase, please reply to the quote email confirming your decision. An invoice will then be sent to you with a payment link.
- Payment must be completed in full via the provided link before the print is processed and shipped.
- We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal, which will be outlined in the invoice.
2. Prices and Quotes
- Prices for prints are not fixed and may vary depending on factors such as print size, paper type, and shipping destination.
- Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date they are issued. After this time, a new quote may be required if pricing changes.
- Shipping costs will be calculated and included in the final quote.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- We aim to process and ship all orders within 7-10 business days after receiving payment, unless otherwise specified.
- Delivery times vary based on location and shipping service selected. Estimated delivery times will be provided with your order confirmation.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping details.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International customers may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on their country’s regulations. These are not included in the print price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Cancellations and Changes
- Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders cannot be changed or canceled, as prints are custom-made.
- If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately using the contact details provided on our website.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- Due to the custom nature of the prints, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the print arrives damaged or there is a defect.
- In the case of damage during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, along with photographic evidence of the damage.
- If a replacement print is needed, it will be sent at no additional cost after the damage is verified.
7. Product Quality and Color Accuracy
- We strive to ensure that all prints are of the highest quality. However, please note that there may be slight variations in color between the digital images viewed on your screen and the final printed product due to screen settings and print processes.
- We are not responsible for any minor variations in color or texture.
